Samantha Lasky

Samantha Lasky has dedicated her career to helping mission-driven organizations turn vision into impact. As Executive Director of Ready, Set, Safe!, she is leading the organization’s relaunch and implementing its new strategic plan, while also running her consulting firm, SJL Group Consulting, LLC, where she partners with nonprofits, foundations, and advocacy campaigns to design strategies that inform, mobilize, and inspire. Always with a focus on elevating underrepresented voices and driving lasting change, Samantha’s work spans across issue areas including education, reproductive rights, mental health, and economic security, Samantha previously held senior roles at BerlinRosen, AT&T, and The Pew Charitable Trusts, chaired the board of DC SAFE, and began her career working on political campaigns. She earned her MBA from the University of Michigan and a BA in Social Work from the University of Pittsburgh.
