Mary Jane Burke

Mary Jane Burke was elected to be the Marin County Superintendent of Schools in 1995 and served until 2023. Mary Jane serves on several boards, including WestEd, EdSource, Dominican University, and is a consultant and advisory board member with the UCSF Dyslexia Center’s Multitudes Project. She is proud to be a founding member of Ready, Set, Safe!
