Marie Satterfield

Marie Satterfield is Chief Legal Officer at Rothy’s.  Marie has served since March 2024 on the Board of Ready, Set, Safe! and since June 2025 on the Board of Marin Theatre.

Prior to joining Rothy’s in 2019, Marie was SVP, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at Charlotte Russe and she was the second attorney in the legal department at Sephora. Marie began her career as a corporate attorney at Latham & Watkins. She is a graduate of Stanford Law School and the University of Georgia.  Marie lives in Mill Valley, California, with her husband and two elementary-age children, where she enjoys hiking, growing flowers, and planning her family's next trip.
